About Me pictire.JPG

I am an information professional (UX Research, Knowledge Management, and Librarianship) using my 10+ years in information science to gain a position in the UX field.

While working in public services within a few different libraries I’ve had to unpack, interpret, and instruct a diverse population on how to use various technologies that were not user friendly. Along with my longstanding work on my library’s knowledge base, I realized my career led to figuring out how people (my users) use and access information.

I have a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the Pratt Institute and have experience in usability testing, building knowledge bases, and creating user-friendly instructional pages.

I loving reading--especially urban fantasy--watching TV and movies. I like to travel to see friends and family. I am a big fan of a great graphic t-shirt and unique, quirky gifts.
